Riley Foster – High School Math Teacher
Riley Foster is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill where she studied public policy, economics, and French. A native North Carolinian, Riley is new to St. Louis but already loving all that the city has to offer. Over the past three years, Riley has worked extensively with high school students in North Carolina, including founding Project Jumpstart, a college readiness and life skills course for refugee high school students in her community. She also co-led an annual three-day social justice conference for 100 North Carolina high school students that seeks to educate and empower a cohort of young, diverse change agents in the state. She’s very excited to build on this work as a secondary teacher at SCP.
In her spare time, Riley loves cooking, running, playing sports and board games, reading, and going to Dave Matthews Band concerts.
